LandPro (“we”, “our”, or “us”) is an offline-first land utility with optional online account, subscription, sync, feedback, and verified-surveyor features. This policy explains what information those features use and the choices available to you. For app usage and subscription terms, please view our Terms of Service & EULA.

1. Information We Process
The information LandPro processes depends on the features you choose:
- Core calculations: Values entered into calculators are processed locally on your device.
- Account information: If you sign in, we receive your account identifier and available profile details, such as name, email, phone number, and profile photo.
- Account operation: We process device-session identifiers, a fraud-prevention device fingerprint, subscription or purchase status, and supported settings, deeds, and map-measurement project data that the app synchronizes.
- Support and feedback: We store messages and optional contact information you submit.
- Surveyor application: If you apply, we store your name, phone number, optional Facebook ID, certificate or credential image, district, optional upazila, service-area label, and optional GPS coordinates.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to authenticate accounts, enforce device limits, provide subscriptions and one-time offers, synchronize supported account data, answer support requests, prevent repeated promotional claims, and operate the verified-surveyor application and directory. We do not use surveyor certificates for advertising or publish them in the directory.
3. Surveyor Verification & Public Listing
A surveyor application is private while pending or rejected. LandPro administrators can view the submitted certificate and details to review the application. After approval, the public directory may display the applicant’s name, phone number, optional Facebook ID, profile photo, district, upazila, service-area label, and verification date.
The certificate image and precise GPS coordinates are review-only and are not returned by the public directory. Approval indicates that LandPro reviewed the application; users should still confirm identity, qualifications, fees, and scope before hiring anyone.
4. Device Permissions
LandPro requests permissions when needed for a feature:
- Storage / file access: Used when you select a mouza map, save or export a document, choose a backup, or select a credential image.
- Camera / photo library: Used only when you choose to photograph or select a surveyor certificate or credential.
- Location: Used only when you choose to attach your current location to a surveyor application or use another location-based feature.
- Internet: Used for authentication, account sync, subscriptions, feedback, updates, and surveyor directory features.
5. Service Providers
LandPro relies on service providers to operate optional online features. These may include Firebase for authentication, RevenueCat and app stores for subscription status, payment providers for purchases initiated by you, and infrastructure or object-storage providers for hosting application data and submitted images. Those providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies.
- No advertising data sales: We do not sell personal information or provide surveyor application data to third-party advertisers.
- Platform diagnostics: Google Play, Apple, or infrastructure providers may supply standard operational or crash information according to their policies.
6. Retention & Deletion
Local files remain on your device until you remove them or uninstall the app. Server-side account data is retained while your account is active and as needed to operate the selected features, protect the service, resolve disputes, and meet applicable obligations.
- You can delete your LandPro account from Settings. This removes the account’s stored surveyor application and takes an approved listing out of the directory.
- Uninstalling the app removes local app data but does not by itself delete an online account or cancel a store subscription.
- Some limited records may be retained when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, transaction records, or legal compliance.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect server-side information. No transmission or storage method is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Keep your account credentials private and submit only the documents needed for verification.
8. Children’s Privacy
LandPro is not directed to children under 13, and surveyor applications are intended for working professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Contact us if you believe a child submitted information so we can review and remove it.
9. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Any updates will be reflected on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
